For online purchases only.
We believe that each client must be confident in their property investment, so we offer a 15-day money back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.
Exchanges:
After 15 days there are no refunds, but we offer the option to exchange your lot(s) to a lot of equal or lesser value. This can and will only be done within 30 days from date of the initial deposit and only if available inventory exists. In addition, you MUST provide the following at the time of exchange;
-ALL Original contract copies
-Maps received from the Seller
-Payment Booklet received from the Seller
Cancellations After 30 Days: Customers can cancel their contracts at any time during the loan period by sending their complete documentation to 72877 Dinah Shore Dr # 103, Rancho Mirage, Ca 92270. Once received, the financial company will process the cancellation. No money will be refunded.
